Plans For Gas Station To Occupy Vacant East Lyme Property
The property on Boston Post Road was recently purchased.
EAST LYME, CT — A proposal for a 3.2-acre site at 51 Boston Post Road calls for a gas station to be built, according to The New London Day. The property, nearby to exit 75 off I-95, was purchased by Michael Frisbie, owner of Noble Energy, for $1.75 million.
The gas station would have 16 pumps for regular cars, three for tractor trailers, and three charging stations for electric vehicles. There would also be a 8,000-square-foot convenience store.
