Police Arrest 3 In East Lyme ID Theft, Credit Card Fraud Case: Report

Three people were arrested in a credit card fraud and identity theft incident in East Lyme, according to a report.

EAST LYME, CT — Three people were charged in connection to a credit card fraud and identity theft case in East Lyme, WTNH News-8 reported.

A victim reported fraudulent activity on a credit card and said that she received confirmation emails for packages being shipped to a UPS drop-off location in the same fraudulent transaction.

Police found the package at the drop-off location, which contained four iPhone 15 Pro Max cell phones, WTNH News-8 reported.
