Police: East Lyme Motorcycle Crash Seriously Injured Driver

EAST LYME, CT—A motorcycle crash on Main Street in East Lyme Saturday night had the driver flown via Life Star to Hartford Hospital, police Chief Michael Finkelstein said. The single vehicle accident occurred at around 7:40 p.m. near the Waterford town line, on the street also known as RT 156.

Finkelstein said East Lyme Police were assisted by the Niantic Fire Department, East Lyme Ambulance, and Lawrence + Memorial Hospital Paramedics.

The cause of this accident is under investigation by the East Lyme Police Department Accident Reconstruction Team, Finkelstein said.
