EAST LYME, CT — The boardwalk at Rocky Neck State Park <a href="https://twitter.com/CTDEEPNews/status/1691480673373007872" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">has been re-opened</a> to the public, according to a tweet from the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. "Despite the challenges of completing the construction in the midst of some of the best beach days of the summer the team pulled together to get the job done safely and successfully," the department tweeted.
