We will take all possible steps to keep responses confidential, and we do not track who is responding to this survey.

Please do not respond to this survey multiple times, even if you have received a link to the survey multiple times.

When answering the questions in this survey, please assume that there will be no changes to current law. This means that all programs and policies that have been launched since COVID-19 (by the state or the federal governments) will phase out as scheduled. Please note that these questions refer to the long-term residential rental market, not to short-term rentals.

There are 9 sections to this survey, listed below. The survey will take about 25 minutes to complete. If possible, we recommend that you have access to financial, property portfolio, and other information about your organization for 2019 and 2020 in order to better respond to some of the survey questions. If you have any questions about the survey, please reach out to Mohit Agrawal (mohit.agrawal@ct.gov) and John Scianimanico (john.scianimanico@ct.gov) in the Office of the Governor or Mike Santoro (michael.santoro@ct.gov) at the Department of Housing.
