The Town of East Lyme Highway Department’s contractor, All State Construction, is planning on applying a rubberized chip seal surface treatment on this coming Monday August 15th on Dean and Pine Grove Roads. They are planning on starting around 7am on Pine Grove Rd and will then work there way over to Dean Rd by mid to late morning. There is only one way into and out of Pine Grove so people will be able to get thru but expect delays. Where possible on Dean Rd, the traffic controllers may detour traffic onto Lovers Lane but vehicles should still be able to get thru but expect delays there as well.
