Southeastern Regional Action Council (SERAC) helps communities reduce the impact of substance abuse, problem gambling, and mental health -related issues. SERAC regularly conducts surveys of youth in our region to learn about their attitudes, perceptions, and practices with respect to substance use, problem gambling and mental health. SERAC would like to hear from the adults in our region to better address these issues. Please consider taking the time to participate in this anonymous community survey so we can better serve the town of East Lyme. Your response is greatly appreciated!
