Town Of Lyme: Rogers Lake Herbicide Treatment Scheduled For Jun. 23

On Tuesday, Jun. 21, the Rogers Lake Authority issued this statement:

“Rogers Lake will have an herbicide treatment for the aquatic invasive weeds identified by the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station on Thursday, June 23, 2022. The Pond and Lake Connection will be performing the treatment per DEEP Permit: AQUA-2022-083. The only restriction with this treatment is that the water should not be used for irrigation from June 23 through June 30. Signage will also be posted around the lake at all access points.”
