OLD LYME, CT — A Westbrook truck driver died Friday in a rollover crash on Interstate 95 near Old Lyme, according to Connecticut State Police.Authorities said the crash happened shortly before 1:40 p.m. near exit 71. According to police, 63-year-old Michael Finkeldey was driving a tractor-trailer southbound on I-95 when he struck the rear of another tractor-trailer in front of him.According to police, Finkeldey's truck crossed into the right shoulder where it struck a guardrail and rolled onto its passenger side. Finkeldey was thrown from the truck, police said. He died at the scene, according to authorities.No other injuries were reported. The crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information should contact Troop F at 860-399-2100.
