"I have reached the end of my weight loss journey, thanks to "Weight" No Longer LLC in Niantic, CT. Now to maintain. I have learned the tools I need for maintenance. They teach you everything you need for success and are always there for you with any questions. Total weight loss is 138.4, one thing I have learned about myself is that I can never eat simple sugars again, cakes, cookies... It is like heroin to me, once I start I can't stop. I haven't had any in 45 weeks and don't crave it at all anymore. I have never been so healthy in my life. Dr said has never seen such great cholesterol levels other then in children. I am no longer a diabetic. I was on 28 meds including herbs and vitamins now on only 5 for migraines which are much better, and thyroid. My sister and brother in law also did the plan and look amazing!"
