Woman Arrested At East Lyme Motel On Drug Charges: Police

EAST LYME, CT — Police arrested a woman on drug charges at an East Lyme motel Tuesday night who had 11 warrants out for her arrest. Jordan Caley Matzdorff, 30, of Waterford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Police were contacted to conduct a well-being check at the Niantic Inn on Main Street. Police made contact with Matzdorff and found there were 11 warrants for her arrest for failure to appear and failure to respond to an infraction.

Before she was taken into custody, police said they found she possessed fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on Wednesday.
