2 Arrests Made In Connection With Tolland Inn Crash
Two arrests have been made in connection with a car slamming into the Historic Tolland Inn.

TOLLAND, CT — The crash that ended with a car smashed into an historic building in Tolland was the tail end of a pursuit between state police and its occupants, a report indicates.
The wild ride began at 1:19 a.m. Monday as state police began investigating a suspicious vehicle at a residence on Cook Road in Tolland.
Troopers engaged the car in a short pursuit, which was broken off, according to a report. A short time later, the vehicle crashed into the Tolland Inn on the Tolland Green.

The driver was taken into custody near the car, state police said. The passenger fled the scene on foot was taken into custody after a search of the area, according to a report.
A "large quantity of narcotics" was located and seized from the vehicle, state police said.

The driver, identified as 27-year-old Jaron Fuller, of Waterbury, was charged with:
- Engaging police in a pursuit
- Failure to obey a stop sign
- Possession of narcotics with the intent to sell
- Possession near a school
- Simple trespass
- Interfering with an officer
- Second-degree reckless endangerment
His initial bond of $200,000 was revoked at a Monday arraignment and he was being held without bond with a return date of Sept. 22, judicial system records show.

The passenger, identified as 31-year-old Troy Greene, of Waterbury, was charged with
- Possession of narcotics with the intent to sell
- Possession near a school
- Simple trespass
- Interfering with an officer
Greene's initial $100,000 bond was knocked down to $20,000 at a Monday arraignment and he failed to post it. He was still in custody Tuesday with a return date of Sept. 22, court records show.

State police said both have active arrest warrants for other charges.
Tolland Public Safety Director John Littell said there wss extensive damage to the porch at the Tolland Inn. Repairs will also require extensicve electrical work, he added. No guests were at the inn at the time of the crash, according to Littell.
