Academic Lax Honors for ECSU Defender from Tolland

Academic honors for Little East Conference lacrosse players were recently announced.

WILLIMANTIC, CT — Junior defender Allison Nadeau of Little East Conference regular-season champion Eastern Connecticut State University and Tolland has earned a spot on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division III Academic Honor Roll in 2017.

Qualifiers need to reach junior eligibility with cumulative 3.50-plus grade-point averages through this past spring. A total of 531 student-athletes representing 156 schools comprised the Division III academic team.

Nadeau Eastern capture the LEC Presidents’ Cup for academic supremacy for the third straight year in 2016/17 and the Warriors’ perfect LEC record and regular-season title played a large role in the Warriors winning their first LEC Commissioner’s Cup as the most successful athletic program in the conference.
