TOLLAND, CT — Bennett Parti, 19, of East Quogue, NY, was charged with reckless driving after being clocked at 114 mph on Interstate 84 eastbound near Exit 69.

April 14

WILLINGTON, CT — Michael Leonard, 49, of Willington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and disorderly conduct following an incident on Glass Factory School Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Daniel Kupinski, 38, of Middletown, was charged via a warrant with second-degree stalking.

April 15

TOLLAND, CT — Ryan Aubert, 45, of Chaplin, was charged via a warrant with violating a restraining order.

MANSFIELD, CT — Sarah Hodder, 48, of Mansfield, was charged with interfering with police, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault following an incident on Mount Hope Road.

April 16

SOMERS, CT — Tan Prazeres, 46, an inmate at Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged with conveying an unauthorized item into an institution after a routine inspection uncovered a makeshift weapon.

TOLLAND, CT — Franklin Almonte, 23, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, failure to drive in the proper lane, following too closely, risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment after tailgating and "aggressive merging" incidents at 100 mph on Interstate 84 eastbound.
