WILLINGTON, CT — Gilberto Morales-Alicea, 64, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny and and four counts of first-degree forgery via a warrant.

April 23

STAFFORD, CT — Colby Parker, 32, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order. On a separate warrant, Parker was charged with disorderly conduct, violating a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

April 25

MANSFIELD, CT — Hanyang Yu, 26, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening in connection with an incident on Royce Circle.
