ELLINGTON, CT — Colleen Meadows, 43, of Hadley, MA, was charged after a crash on Burbank Road with driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving while using a hand-held device.

STAFFORD, CT — Julian Vargas, 18, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree sexual assault via a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Renu Malahal, 43, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with an incident on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Ciera Rios, 27, of Springfield, MA, was charged with assault on a public safety officer in connection with a January incident at Johnson Memorial Hospital.

TOLLAND, CT — Sarah Teodorczyk, 45, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive upon right in connection with a crash on Old Stafford Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — James Hunt, 36, of Hartford, was charged after a traffic stop on Middle Turnpike with reckless driving, driving under the influence, and a lane violation.
