SOMERS, CT — Don Bresford, an inmate at Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged with breach of peace and fourth-degree sexual assault following an incident at the prison.

TOLLAND, CT — Richard Doucette, 64, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after an incident on Tolland Green.
MANSFIELD, CT — Allyson Nielson, 30, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to comply with passing on. the right rules after a crash on Storrs Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Shawn Kenniston, 48. of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault following a disturbance on Main Street.
