523 Tolland Stage Road sold Sept. 11 for $601,700. The four-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,889 square feet on a 2.33-acre lot, at $208.27 per square foot.
17 Bonair Road sold Sept. 9 for $475,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home spans 2,388 square feet on a 5.47-acre lot — the largest lot of the five — at $198.91 per square foot.
The top price of the five belongs to 8 Thomas Drive, also sold Sept. 9, for $625,000. The three-bedroom, four-bath home offers 2,666 square feet on a 1.52-acre lot, at $234.43 per square foot.
What this says about the Tolland market: The smallest home in this batch, at 1,104 square feet, commanded the highest per-square-foot price at $362.32, while the largest lot, at nearly five and a half acres, brought one of the lower per-square-foot rates — size and land didn't line up neatly with price this time around.
