Four Tolland homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $470,000 to $849,900, according to Zillow.com.

22 Cortland Drive, 10 a.m. to noon, $629,900. This four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home was built by Nordic Builders and sits on a 1.06-acre cul-de-sac lot, according to the listing. A two-story foyer opens to five main-floor rooms, including an eat-in kitchen with granite counters and custom cabinets and a family room with a wood-burning fireplace. The walkout basement is finished as a family and entertainment room, and outside are a multi-level deck leading to a pool, an irrigation system and parking for an RV or boat. Zillow lists 2,867 square feet.

26 Hawthorn Hill #26, noon to 2 p.m., $474,900. This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is in the Village at Crystal Springs, which the listing describes as a 55-and-older community. This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse-style unit is a Lofton II model under construction at Somerset Woods, which the listing calls a planned unit development, not a condo, with no age restriction. The plan has an open living, dining and kitchen area with quartz counters and an island, a large primary suite and second-floor laundry, plus a two-car garage. Zillow lists 1,524 square feet and a $129 monthly HOA fee that the listing says covers snow removal and yard care. The listing says the photos are of a similar unit and that buyers can still customize finishes.

39 Josephine Way, noon to 2 p.m., $849,900. This four-bedroom, 3.5-bath Colonial is completed new construction on 1.78 acres in a cul-de-sac of new homes, according to the listing. The 3,315-square-foot house has a kitchen with quartz counters, an oversized island, three skylights and a butler's pantry. Upstairs are a primary suite with two walk-in closets and a soaking tub, a guest suite with its own bath and a large laundry room. The unfinished lower level is plumbed for another bath. The listing says grass will be seeded before closing, and the price was cut $10,100 on Oct. 27.

Saturday runs in sequence: Cortland Drive from 10 a.m., Hawthorn Hill at noon and the Somerset Woods unit at 1 p.m. Sunday has a single stop, the new Josephine Way Colonial from noon to 2 p.m.
