Oct. 26

MANSFIELD, CT — Gregory Stearns, 30, of Mansfield, was charged with breach of peace following a pumpkin-smashing incident on Stearns Road.

Oct. 28

STAFFORD, CT — Dante McCullough, 30, of Stafford, was charged with interfering with police, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order in connection with an incident on Hydeville Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Christopher Micena, 57, of Windham, was charged via a warrant with breach of peace and intimidation based in bias or bigotry in connection with a playground incident in Mansfield.

WILLINGTON, CT — Francisco Vargas, 42, of New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an incident on Marsh Road.

Oct. 30

WILLINGTON, CT — George Checkal, 46, of Los Angeles, CA, was charged with interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace following an. incident on Turnpike Road.

VERNON, CT — Akeem Mitchell, 23, of Windsor, was charged via a warrant with failure to display plates, driving while under suspension, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer and engaging police in a pursuit in connection with an incident on I-84.

SOMERS, CT — Tyshawn Boykin, 46, of East Haven and an inmate at Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

SOMERS, CT — Jean Michael Torres, an inmate at Willard-Cybulski Correctional Institution, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

SOMERS, CT — Aliyah Perez, 26, of Rocky Hill and an inmate Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged with conveying an unauthorized item into an institution.

STAFFORD, CT — Joshua Bragdon was charged with disoderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Conklin Road.

Oct. 31

MANSFIELD, CT — Troy Cyrus Hamm, 45, of East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle after state police received a complaint about someone revving an engine "on a muscle car" on Merrow Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — After an incident on King Hill Road, Mason Dube, 20, of Harwinton, was charged with disorderly conduct and Ryan Maynard, 23, of Glastonbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

STAFFORD, CT — Chance Parison, 48, of Stafford and Shilo Parison, 52, of Vernon, were charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct following an altercation on Wales Road. Chance Parison was also charged with violation of probation.
