TOLLAND, CT — Tolland's open houses this weekend include a Cape on more than 6 acres with its own pond and a ranch with water views from nearly every room. There's also a Buck's Crossing Colonial with a 19-foot great room and a Cape whose owners have put nearly $150,000 into it since 2022, according to the listing.

Seven Tolland homes are holding open houses Saturday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 8, with prices from $214,900 to $639,900, according to Zillow.com.

This four-bedroom, two-bath ranch has water views from nearly every room, according to the listing, which cites about 2,000 square feet of new flooring, fresh paint, new trim and a refreshed deck. It suggests the layout could suit an in-law setup. It has 2,980 square feet on 0.95 acres and a generator hookup.

4 Stag Trail, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $639,900. This four-bedroom, 2.5-bath Colonial is a 2004 house on a level 1.08-acre corner lot in Buck's Crossing. 6 Carol Drive, noon to 2 p.m., $424,900. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath Cape sits on a sunny corner lot with fruit trees and a fenced garden. The remodeled kitchen has granite counters and an island, and the deck leads to a vaulted, wood-paneled three-season sunroom. The listing says the owners have put nearly $150,000 into upgrades since 2022, including a new roof, owned solar panels and mini-split heat pumps. It has 1,426 square feet on 0.8 acres.

65 Belvedere Drive #65, 1 to 3 p.m., $470,000. This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse-style unit is a Lofton II model under construction at Somerset Woods, which the listing calls a planned unit development, not a condo, with no age restriction. This four-bedroom Cape with two full and two half baths sits on more than 6 secluded acres with its own pond and a fire pit, according to the listing. The open kitchen and dining room has quartz counters, hardwood floors, a bay window and a brick fireplace, and the living room has a second fireplace. The first-floor primary suite has a remodeled bath with a tiled walk-in shower. It has 1,602 square feet on 6.64 acres, and the price was cut $10,000 on Nov. 4.

32 Stone Pond Road #32, noon to 2 p.m., $214,900. This two-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is a townhouse-style unit at Stone Pond with an updated granite kitchen, a living room with hardwood floors and a custom fireplace, and a finished lower level with two newly finished rooms, part of it with rubber gym flooring. The community has an in-ground pool. It has 1,236 square feet and a $425 monthly HOA fee, per Zillow.
