TOLLAND, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Bryant University, Smithfield RI

• Bryant University is pleased to recognize the Tolland students who have been named to the fall 2018 Dean's List. They are Breann Campise, Abbey Chmura, Nicholas Harmon and Mikaela Storozuk.

Hofstra University, Hempstead NY

• Hofstra University congratulates Victoria Brocious and Sophia Webster, both of Tolland, who were named to the fall 2018 Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement. Students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester to make the Dean's List.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY

• Five Tolland residents made the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology for the 2018 fall semester: Hannah Bolliger, who is in the photographic and imaging arts program; Benjamin Clough, who is in the computational mathematics program; Andrew Lenoce, who is in the electrical engineer technology program; Jordan Shea, who is in the computer science program; and Ian Cook, who is in the computer science program. Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.
