Beginning a Love Affair with Art: Panel Discussion

Have you ever been moved by a photograph because it was beautiful? Startling? Funny? Did you wonder what makes one photograph an ordinary snapshot and another a work of art? Did you wish you could own a photograph that you saw in a museum or gallery?

Visit our Third Annual Juried Photography Exhibit, then listen to our panel, Caleb Portfolio and Dennis Timberman, photography instructors, professional photographers and jurors for our current exhibit, Melissa Ralston-Jones, gallery curator at Western Connecticut State University and a long-time art lover and collector, and moderator and photographer, Tom Ouellette, as they engage in a lively discussion on how to begin a love affair with art. There will be time for questions from the audience.
