Big Car Bullies Small Car In Tolland And Causes Chain Reaction Crash
State police are looking for a a large sedan that caused a chain reaction crash in Tolland.

TOLLAND, CT β A violent road rage incident in Tolland last week resembled a scene from an action movie, according to a description in a state police report.
The report from the March 18 incident was available this week and describes a larger vehicle bullying a sub-compact.
At 9:43 that morning, a 2023 Chevrolt Volt with a 25-year-old Windsor woman behind the wheel was heading north on Route 195 near the Fieldstone Commons shopping plaza, according to a crash report. Suddenly, after an apparent road rage incident, a silver Cadillac veered into the Bolt's lane and rammed it the bolt in a side-swiping type maneuver, according to a crash report.

As the Cadillac fled the scene, the Bolt shot into a concrete barrier and then bounded into the middle of the Route 195 and Interstate 84 eastbound off-ramp intersection, according to. crash report.
Meanwhile, a 52-year-old East Granby woman driving a 2018 Mazda Cv-5 Grand Touring vehicle was exiting the highway and slammed on her brakes as the Bolt came spinning toward her, and the Mazda was rammed from behind by a 2013 Honda Civic with 22-year-old Bloomfield man behind the wheel.

No major injuries were reported for any of the drivers, plus two passengers in the Mazda, according to state police reports.
State police are asking anyone with information on the Cadillac to call them at 860-896-3200.
