On Campus - Tolland College Students

TOLLAND, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Champlain College, Burlington VT

• Blake Anderson of Tolland has been named to the Champlain College Dean's List for the fall 2018 semester. Anderson is majoring in Computer Networking & Cybersecurity. Students on the Dean's List have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher during the semester.

Lasell College, Newton MA

• Lillian Baker, a Fashion and Retail Merchandising major at Lasell College, was named to the fall 2018 Dean's List. Baker, a Tolland native, is a member of the Lasell College class of 2019. To be named to the Dean's List, they needed to complete at least 12 credits as a full-time student and achieve a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa AL

• A total of 12,332 students enrolled during the 2018 fall term at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). Four honorees are from Tolland: Grace pasini and Lacey Ryan were named to the President's List, while Emma Fay and Kacie Gallicchio made the Dean's List.
