Cancer and Nutrition- are they secretly holding hands?

I just attended a Nutrition Conference in LA last weekend and came home with my head bursting with lots of new great information.  I participated in cooking demos, lectures on variety of topics on food, health, disease prevention- especially cancer and heart disease.

One speaker in particular made a huge impression on a lot of attendees- Dr. T. Colin Campbell. I have had a pleasure of seeing him speak several times in various seminars and conferences and each time I listen to him I am amazed at the wealth of his knowledge on  the link between nutrition and cancer.  Dr. Campbell has a PhD in Nutrition and has researched nutrition and how it relates to cancer for several decades. 

 If you or someone you know have/had cancer, or if you’d like to prevent it-  I would strongly recommend Dr. Campbell’s book called “The China Study- The Most Comprehensive Study on Nutrition”

I would also strongly suggest a documentary movie called “Forks over Knives”- which, among other doctors- features Dr. Campbell.   This movie could save your life or a life of your loved one.

I personally continually keep reading, watching, attending conferences and educating myself as is my life depended on it.  Because it does.
