Cat Found in Tolland Mud Puddle Doing Well: Official

TOLLAND, CT — A cat recently found lying in a mud puddle by a resident of Ellington Road is doing well and has a new home, Town Manager Steve Werbner said.

The cat was taken to a local veterinarian and then Tolland Animal Control, which sent out notices that it was found.

No one claimed the cat and it was eventually adopted by a local family, he said.
