Connecticut Water Declares Quarterly Stock Dividend

Connecticut Water Service, Inc. on Friday announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend.

TOLLAND/VERNON/ELLINGTON, CT β€” Connecticut Water Service, Inc. on Friday announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3125 per common share, payable on Sept. 18, for shareholders of record as of Sept. 4.

This quarterly dividend remains unchanged from the previous quarter and represents an annualized dividend of $1.25 per share.

The water company's stock trades on the Nasdaq market under the symbol CTWS.

Connecticut Water has a dividend reinvestment plan and a common stock purchase plan available to new investors, registered shareholders, and customers and employees of the company’s regulated water utility subsidiaries.
