
Avocado and eggs.. This seemed so easy. Remove pit, scrape a little extra avocado out, crack egg inside bake 375 Until egg is cooked to your liking! I did as instructed and as soon as I removed pit, I knew there was not enough room for the egg... But I proceeded as directions stated! And yes, the eggs were too big, or the cavity was way too small! So the whites of the egg mostly landed in the pie plate I was cooking them in which just left me yokes in avocado! However I loved the simplicity of the recipe and the end result looks pretty fancy. And with a baby it was nice to throw in oven and forget about it for a a while. I ended up eating them cold along with cold coffee that started out hot! Even cold they were yummy and would be tasty with bacon on top! Everything is better with bacon 👍
