'Delinquent' Dog Owners In Tolland Issued Tickets
Tolland has cracked down on non-compliant dog owners.

TOLLAND, CT — Tolland animal control officers have issued 29 infractions to dog owners who did not comply with canine license requirements.
The infractions were announced in the latest town manager's report.
All delinquent owners in town had received multiple warnings since the August and failed to comply, officials said.

In addition to the $1 per month late fee, failure to comply with Connecticut State statute §22-338 will result in an infraction ticket that carries an additional $75 penalty for each unlicensed dog. Tickets were written beginning Sept. 1.
