Civil War Soldier Reeactment

The Tolland Historical Society will sponsor a living history performance of CT Civil War soldier, Private William Riley Webb. Mr. Kevin Johnson's portrayal of Webb will be told from a first-person perspective, that will illustrate the struggle of the African-Americans in the Colored Infantry during the Civil War. The live performance will take place at 7:00 PM in the old woodshed (classroom) of the Jail Museum. Coffee & dessert will be available to guests. The event is free to the public, although donations are always appreciated!
