From the Town of Tolland:
Due to the condemnation of our haunted house and the retirement of two families of volunteers we will not be able to run the haunted walk this year. Current state regulations require sprinkler systems for this type of event which we do not have. We are looking for alternatives but still will need a bunch of new volunteers to step forward to be able to run a future event.
Also, due to our move and parking issues, instead of holding the regular Town Hall Trick-or-Treat event we will be hosting a Halloween Party at the Recreation Center (old Parker School). The party, for ages 3 through 10, is scheduled for Friday, October 28, 2011 from 6-8:00 p.m. pre-registration is required – call (860) 871-3610.
