The Tolland Rec Department is offering a Spectacular Scrapbooks workshop for children ages 4 - 8 today, for the cost of $26. Participants will have fun creating a scrapbook filled with memories using your own photos (15-25 pictures) stickers, glitter, colored paper and much more.
