Guns, Tools Taken from Tolland Home

State police are investigating the burglary.

TOLLAND, CT — State police are investigating the theft of guns and construction equipment from a house and garage off Crystal Lake Road.

State police said they were alerted to the burglary on Saturday and it took place sometime between then back to Wednesday. Items taken include "several firearms," money and "multiple" pieces of construction equipment and tools, state police said.

The stolen things were valued at $24,760, state police said.

State police said a suspect "has been developed."

State police said anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the area can call them at 860-896-3200.
