Dec. 24

WILLINGTON, CT — Carlos Pizarro, 64, of Springfield, MA, was charged with driving while under suspension, drunken driving and failure tro drive in the proper lane, according to a report. He was spotted driving arratically on Route 32 at 2:34 p.m., according to a report.

SOMERS, CT — Julie Tucker, 36, of Shelton, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis. She was charged after a traffic stop on Florida Road, according to a report.

Dec. 25

SOMERS, CT — Jeffrey Harbaugh, 45, was charged with criminal attempt at home invasion, risk of injury to a child, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police, second-degree breach of peace and disorderly conduct after a break in at a Somers home, according to a report.

STAFFORD, CT — Michael James Rust, 29, was chargted with an improper turn, failure to display lights and posession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Main Street, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Richard Lee Halgren, 31, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct after a 9:10 p.m. disturbance on Rolling Meadow Drive in Tolland, according to a report.

Dec. 27

VERNON, CT — Marc Eric Montplaisir, 32, of Bethel, ME, was charged with reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after being pulled over while doing 89 mph in a 65 mph zone, according to a report.

SOMERS, CT — Paul Williams, 22, of East Windsor, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Maple Ridge Drive and charged with driving while under suspension, posession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to sell (second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia, according toa report.

VERNON, CT — Paige Burgess, 31, of Ashford, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a 7:30 a.m. traffic stop on INterstate-84, according to a report.

VERNON, CT — Robert Bowser, 59, was charged with drunken driving and a lane violation after a traffic stop on Interstate-84, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — A 38-year-old Mansfield woman was arrested after a fight on Heritage Square, state police said. Heather Foster was charted with interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint, a report indicates.

MANSFIELD, CT —Nicole Vining, 21, of Willimantic, was charged with drunken driving and improper parking after bing found stopped on Route 32 at 2:28 a.m., according to a report.

Jan. 1

MANSFIELD, CT — Yesenia Santiago, 22, of Ansonia, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to carry a license and driving under the influence at 1:33 a.m., according to a report. She was caught driving 68 mph in a 44 mph zone on Route 44, according to a report.

SOMERS, CT — Aleksander Samboy, 21, of Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, improper towing or passing and a seat belt violation at 1:57 a.m. on Fourt Bridges Road, according to a report. He was found by state police asleep behind the steering wheel of his car at a stop sign with his flashers on, according toa report.

ELLINGTON, CT — A call about an unwanted person in an apartment led to a disorderly conduct charge against 30-year-old Tolland resident Robert Albert, according to a report. He was intoxicated and causing a disturbance, even though the resident did not want to press charges at the Autumn Chase complex, according to a report.
