Kingsbury Avenue Paving Starts June 2, Officials Say Project Ahead Of Schedule

TOLLAND, CT — Paving on Kingsbury Avenue is set to begin Tuesday, June 2, according to a town notice posted Monday afternoon.

The notice said the work is starting ahead of schedule and warned drivers to expect delays in the area.

The posting, dated June 1 at 4 p.m., states: "Ahead of schedule, Kingsbury Avenue will begin the paving process tomorrow, June 2, 2026."

It also asks residents and motorists to plan around the work if they can.

The town notice states, "Please avoid the area if possible as delays are expected."
