Monday, Dec. 11

Brian D. Graboski, 44, of Vernon, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass (12 counts) and sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:00 a.m.

Shannon D. Anderson, 26, of Hartford, was charged with organized retail theft, first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 12:20 p.m.

Anthony A. Madaia, 71, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance call in Ellington, 11:09 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 12

James H. Noyes, 54, of Coventry, was charged with illegal discharge of a firearm and second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 6:30 a.m.

Abdullah Muhammad, 40, of Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on I-84 in Vernon, 7:10 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 13

Stacey L. Blow, 42, of Seymour, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 9:36 a.m.

Chelsea Campelli, 31, of Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, in connection with a traffic stop on Route e1 in Vernon, 3:57 p.m.
