The Latest State Police/Troop C Arrests

Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

March 6.

TOLLAND, CT — Daniel Brown, 46, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

UNION, CT — Steven Nixer, 23, of Middletown, was charged with the improper use of a marker, reckless driving, evading responsibility, a lane violation, driving without a license, an insurance violation and interfering.

March 7

VERNON, CT — Dylan Ulitsch, 26, of Stafford, was charged with the sale of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep narcotics in their original container and illegally possessing a weapon in a motor vehicle.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jalen Butler, 21, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

VERNON, CT — Jonathan Hernandez, 33, of Hartford, was charged with driving while under suspension, operating to endanger an occupant and reckless driving (greater than 85 mph).

STORRS, CT — Andrew Cook, 22, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

March 8

TOLLAND, CT — Brooks Robinson, 20, of Ashford, was charged with interfering with police and driving while under suspension.
