MANSFIELD, CT — Zachary Brace, 19, of Trumbull, was charged with unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving under the influence after a traffic stop on South Frontage Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Jarvis, 37, of Clinton, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a warrant.

Aug. 22

ELLINGTON, CT — Brian Watras, 33, of East Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after a shoplifting complaint at the Big Y supermarket.

ELLINGTON, CT — STAFFORD, CT — Addt Moore, 37, of Stafford, was charged with assault on a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace, intimidation based on race or bias and third-degree assault after an incident at Cumberland Farms.

TOLLAND, CT — Richard Tibbetts, 43, of Southgbridge, MA, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence and a lane violation after a crash with property damage on Goose Lane.

MANSFIELD, CT — Robert Lezotte, 53, of Coventry, was charged with unsafe backing, driving under the influence and improper rear marker lamps after a traffic stop on Route 44.

STAFFORD, CT — Calvin Heidemann, 49, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance at 7-Eleven.

Aug. 17

STAFFORD, CT — Kevin Carito, 32, of Ellington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane, the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis after an incident on Route 30.
