Sunday, Aug. 1

Stephen A. Palumbo, 36, of 27 Lorraine Dr., Tolland, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on I-84 in Tolland, 2:04 a.m.

Monday, Aug. 2

Elizabeth A. Verge, 30, of 134 Cedar Swamp Rd., Storrs, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts) and disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance in Mansfield, 2:59 p.m.

Daniel W. Nevins, 31, of 560 Chaffeeville Rd., Storrs, was charged with risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance in Mansfield, 9:29 a.m.

Sondra M. Oney, 54, of 8 Brows Beaver Rd., Wales, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Orcuttville Rd. in Stafford, 11:39 a.m.

Daniel Holt, 41, of 67 Old Stafford Rd., Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance in Ashford, 9:20 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 3

Jordan M. Trent, 33, of 155 West Main St., Unit 421, Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment, on a warrant.

Wednesday, Aug. 4

Ethan R. Tuchman, 38, of 34 Ledyard St., Ledyard, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, on a warrant, 1:37 a.m.

Christopher J. Casadei, 44, of 101 Hampden Rd., Pomfret, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a disturbance in Union, 6:38 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 5

Luke E. Conklin, 22, of 391 North Rd., Ashford, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Hope Hill Rd. in Ashford, 1:23 a.m.

Michael Nelson, 40, of 1150 Fairfield Ave., Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 4:37 p.m.

Efrain Robles, 44, of 4 Willington Ave., Unit 7, Stafford, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, in connection with a disturbance in Stafford, 10:59 p.m.

Stephanie H. Robare, 28, of 65 West Main St., Unit 2, Stafford, was charged with operating under the influence, risk of injury to a child, failure to drive in proper lane and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a traffic accident on River Rd. in Willington, 7:10 p.m.

Jervel J. Johnson, 30, of 639 Tolland St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, failure to display plates/inserts, operating under suspension and violation of tinted auto glass requirements, on a warrant, 10:31 a.m.

Saturday, Aug. 7

Timothy J. Sendra, 36, of 66 Parkhurst Dr., Rockville, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, on a warrant, 1:35 a.m.

Andrew J. Castater, 28, of 22 Barlow Dr., Mansfield, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 6:48 p.m.

Andrew McNeal, 19, of 98 Furnace Ave., Unit 4, Stafford, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 7:44 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 8

Jacob M. Cormier, 20, of 116 Lohse Rd., Willington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (six counts), second-degree failure to appear (nine counts), third-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny, in connection with a suspicious vehicle call at the I-84 commuter lot in Tolland and on 15 warrants, 7:00 p.m.

Nicolas S. Simons, 44, of 219 Belmont St., Manchester, N.H., was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, in connection with an assault call on Meadow Ln. in Stafford, 8:27 p.m.

Jeffrey C. Rawson, 50, of 214 Miller Rd., Chaplin, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive upon right and operating without minimum insurance, in connection with a traffic accident on Pleasant Valley Rd. in Mansfield, 10:40 p.m.

Luis Ortiz, 38, of 361 Tolland Tpk., Willington, was charged with operating under the influence, sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on I-84 in Tolland, 5:05 p.m.

Dana L. Gustafson, 42, of 450 Westford Hill Rd., Ashford, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts), interfering with an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with a gunshots call in Ashford, 6:54 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 16

John Bouchard, 54, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Jobs Hills Road in Ellington at 8:45 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 17

Andrew Joseph Nolette, 23, of Willimantic, was charged on a warrant with evading responsibility and a lane violation in relation to a July 24 incident on Route 32 in Mansfield.

Otoniel Mendrz, 22, of Willimantic was charged with fails to appear in the second degree on a warrant at Rockville Superior Court.

Amanda Alger, 32, of Willimantic, was charged with violating a protective order after a 11:09 p.m. incident in Ellington.

Wednesday Aug. 18

Troy Gay, 53, of Concord, NH, was charged with third-degree larceny, illegally taking a credit card and speeding less that $500 on a revoked payment card on a warrant out of Mansfield.

Kyle Anthony Johnson, 51, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and third0-degree strangulation in relation to a domestic incident in Tolland.

Kristina Lincoln, 44, of Enfield, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence, second-degree breach or peace, and third-degree assault, along with registration and insurance violations related to a incident on Main Street in Somers at 2:52 p.m.

Sunny Jay Patel, 23, of Trumbull, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation at 4:08 p.m. on Interstate 84 eastbound near Exit 68 I Tolland.

Joseph Barry, 35, of South Windham, CT, was charged with third-degree burglary and violating a protective order after an incident Mansfield.

Thursday, Aug. 19

Zachary Johnson, 30, of Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and a plate violation on Muddy Brook Road in Ellington at 7:28 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 20

Nicholas Delap, 42, of Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation at 11:24 p.m. on Interstate 84 eastbound near Exit 64 in Vernon.

Dawn Williams, 46, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Hartford Turnpike in Tolland.

Saturday, Aug. 20

Shawn Robertson, 30, of Manchester, was charged with negligent operation of a snowmobile/ATV, evading responsibility in a crash with physical damage, and risk of injury to a child on a warrant in relation to an ATV crash in May off Crystal Lake Road in Tolland.
