The Latest State Police/Troop C Incidents

Here are the latest arrests and incidents from the state police Troop C barracks.

Feb. 4

VERNON, CT — Jason Leslie McClellan, 39, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and possessing drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop off the highway. Several 911 calls reported an arratic driver and state police saw him hit a curb after exiting Interstate-84, a report indicates.

Feb. 5

MANSFIELD, CT — A car hit a garage on Mansfield City Road at 5:38 p.m., according to a report. A 24-year-old Willimantic resident was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu northbound when she swerved to avoid a deer, wsent off the road and into the garage, according to a report.

STAFFORD, CT — Angel Camara, 20, of East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident on Benton Street, according to a report. He was arrested at the scene, state police said.
