Man Charged With First-Degree Sexual Assault Out Of Tolland

TOLLAND, CT — A 44-year-old man has been charged with first-degree sexual assault out of the state police Troop C barracks, according to a report.

Joshua Gray, 44, was charged with:

• First-degree sexual assault involving the use or threat or force
• Illegal sexual contact with someone younger than 16
• Second-degree sexual assault with a victim 13 to 15 or an actor 3 or older
• Third-degree sexual assault involving the use or threat of force,
• Conspiracy to commit first-degree sexual assault

Gray has a listed Vernon address and the incident is referenced in a report as being out of Tolland. Manchester police were involved in the investigation along withthe Eastern District Major Crime Squad, according to a report.

A warrant was issued for Gray after a March incident, according to a report.
