July 13

STAFFORD, CT — Dennis Trickett-Moore, 56, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Delphi Road, according to a report. The incident was domestic-related, records show.

July 17

TOLLAND, CT — A car traveled off a section of Interstate-84 eastbound and went up an embankment at 9:14 p.m., according to a report. State police subsequently arrested 57-year-old Vernon resident Melvin West at the scene and charged him with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and a lane violation, according to a report.

July 18

MANSFIELD, CT — Joshua Oulette, 30, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to a report. He is accused of barging into a home when attempting to retrieve some belongings and punching a resident several times, a report indicates.

TOLLAND, CT — David Jon Salistrom, 54, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:51 p.m. The charge was in connection with a missing car located at an area campground, according to state police.

July 19

STAFFORD, CT — Alana Bessette, 19, of Danbury, was charged with the criminal violation of a protective order, a report indicates. She was within 50 yards of a person she was prohibited from being near, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — Kara Evans, 25, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:24 a.m., state police said. According to a report, she had a dispute with a former neighbor.
