Narrow Road In Tolland Proves To Be A Bit Too Narrow
Two vehicles collided along a notoriously narrow road in Tolland.
TOLLAND, CT — A notoriously narrow road in Tolland was not quite wide enough for an SUV and truck to pass each other, state police said.
The incident took place at 3:12 p.m. Friday, state police said.
According to a state police crash report, a brand-new Ford Bronco being riven by a 56-year-old Tolland woman was headed east on Shenipsit Lake Road and a 2022 Dodge Ram pickup truck with a 32-year-old East Hartford man behind the wheel was headed west.

Both drivers decided to proceed along a narrow portion of the road and the road proved to be too narrow, according to a crash report. The mirrors of the vehicles then hit each other, state police said.
No one was hurt.
