I know "ENERGY"...you are probably thinking this is the last thing I want to give my kids when they are home with me!!!
Well, then wait and have them grab these before going to practice...No-these won't make them crazy!!
They will just provide them with whole grains, fruit (make sure there is not added sugar to them), and a healthy protein.
