Bryant University, Smithfield RI

• Inspired to excel, 897 members of the Class of 2019 were awarded a Bryant University degree at the 156th Commencement ceremony on May 18, 2019. These accomplished graduates join a powerful network of more than 50,000 alumni around the world who have distinguished themselves as leaders in their organizations and communities. Ryan Hodina of Tolland graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing. Evan Riesbeck of Tolland graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• More than 1,250 Eastern Connecticut State University students received their diplomas in the 2018-19 academic year. Eastern's commencement ceremony occured May 21 at the XL Center in Hartford. Graduates from Tolland were Jordan Lyonnais, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; Kimberly Skoff, Bachelor of Science degree in Communication; Keri Booth, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art; Tyler Booth, Master of Science degree in Elementary Education; Ryan Boutot, Bachelor of Science degree in Finance; Katie Case, Master of Science degree in Secondary Education; Sean-Paul Didden, Bachelor of Science degree in Communication; Benjamin Nixon, Dean's Distinction with a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Social Science; and Samuel Pallis, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore MD

• Loyola University Maryland has announced the members of its spring 2019 Dean's List. In order to qualify for the Dean's List at Loyola, a student must achieve a minimum QPA of at least 3.500 for the term, provided that, in the term they have successfully completed courses totaling a minimum of 15 credits. Honorees from Tolland are Brendan Byam and Sarah Swanson.

Western Connecticut State University, Danbury CT

• Three students from Tolland were named to the spring 2019 Dean's List at Western Connecticut State University. They are Juliana DeRosa, Nursing; Carlee Marti, Nursing; and Chelsea Weaver, Theatre Arts.
