Paving Work Slated For Next Week In Tolland

TOLLAND, CT — Paving work in Tolland could cause traffic delays next week.

The work is slated for Weigold Road and South River Road (from Route 74 to 250 feet south of Anthony Road).

Paving is scheduled to begin the week of Aug. 9. Catch basins will be raised to be inspected and repaired before a final coat of paving. town officials said.

Resident are being asked not to park vehicles or place garbage and recycling containers in the road during the construction period.
