TOLLAND, CT — Scarecrows of all shapes and sizes and themes have sprung up on the Tolland Green in what has become an annual fall event.

Voting for the scarecrow contest is now open. Residents can vote for their favorite scarecrows on the Tolland Green until Oct. 26. Residents can cast up to three votes and can click here for a voting form. The contest is hosted by the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee. The annual scarecrow contest is a highly anticipated kick-off for the town's fall festival, slated for Oct. 15. The Town Green Harvest Festival features food, fun and live music. The PCC will also have a booth on the Green to help residents register their votes.
