Picture Tolland: Fire (Training) Off Route 30

TOLLAND, CT — A house in Tolland burst into flames 27 years ago on a parcel of land off state Route 30.

Then, it was put out in a training exercise.

Fore officials said the house was on the Bundy Motors property, located at the corner of Industrial Park Road West and Hartford Turnpike. Hatford turnpike off the local name for Route 30.
