Scarecrows Again Lining The Tolland Green
The 2023 Tolland Scarecrow Contest is in full swing on the Green.
TOLLAND, CT — Ghouls and Goblins and even Barbie are back on the Tolland Green for the 2023 version of the Tolland Scarecrow Contest.
Voting is now open.
Residents can case a ballot for their favorite Scarecrows by clicking here for the voting form. Up to three votes can be out in for each favorite and the highest vote will win first place, the second highest will win second place and the third highest will win third place.

Hosted by the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee, the annual scarecrow contest is a highly anticipated kick-off for the town's fall festival.
The Town Green Harvest Festival is slated for Saturday, Oct. 14 and will feature food, fun and live music. There is not rain date planned.

The PCC will also have a booth on the Green to help residents register their votes. Voting will be open until Oct. 26.
